At Profound Mobile Tend, we believe a clean ride starts with a clean relationship. You're trusting us with your time, your vehicle, and your money — and we take that seriously. 1. If We Don't Show Up On Time
Full Refund — Guaranteed
If our team fails to arrive within the scheduled appointment window and we haven't communicated a delay in advance, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of your payment.
We know your time is valuable. Our detailers plan their routes around you, and when we say we'll be there, we mean it. If we drop the ball, here's what happens:
- Notify us via email, phone, or the contact form on the same day of the missed appointment.
- We verify the appointment time and confirm no rescheduling request was in play.
- Your full payment is refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- We'll also offer a complimentary rescheduling discount on your next booking as an apology.
Note: If we proactively reach out to reschedule before the appointment window due to weather, mechanical issues, or emergencies, and you accept the new time, this clause doesn't apply — but the two-hour cancellation window below still does.
2. Two-Hour Cancellation Window
Change Your Mind? No Problem — Within 2 Hours
If you cancel your booking within two (2) hours of placing the order, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
Life happens. Plans change. If you book a service and realize within the first two hours that you need to cancel or reschedule, simply contact us and your payment will be refunded in full. No guilt, no penalty.
How to cancel within the window
- Email sales@profoundmobiletend.com with your order number and the word "CANCEL" in the subject line.
- Or reply directly to your booking confirmation email.
- The two-hour clock starts at the time stamped on your order confirmation, not the appointment time.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Cancellations After the 2-Hour Window
We understand that things still come up. If you need to cancel outside the two-hour window:
- More than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking (your choice).
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Non-refundable, but we'll offer a rescheduling option at no extra cost if you contact us before your scheduled time.
- No-shows: Unfortunately non-refundable, as our team has reserved that time slot and traveled to your location.
Service Quality Guarantee
If you feel the service delivered did not match what was promised, let us know within 24 hours of completion. We'll come back and make it right at no extra charge. If after a second attempt you're still not satisfied, we'll issue a partial or full refund based on the nature of the concern.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must include:
- Your full name and the email used to place the order.
- The order number (from your confirmation email).
- A brief description of the reason for the refund.
Send requests to sales@profoundmobiletend.com. We respond within 24 hours, Monday through Saturday.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear after we process the refund on our end.
